Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of high-flux hemodialysis on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Fifty patients with diabetic nephropathy were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into two groups: conventional dialysis group (control group) and high-throughput dialysis group (25 cases). The treatment time was 12 weeks. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD4+ / CD8+),immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α.ResultsThere was no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM),serum IL-6 and TNF-α in peripheral blood after dialysis treatment in the control group(P>0.05); There was no significant difference in the level of IgA,IgG,IgM between the two groups after dialysis (P>0.05). The number of T lymphocyte subsets was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were significantly lower than before treatment(P>0.05),and compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion High-throughput hemodialysis can reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
