Abstract: Objective This study is to explore the relationship between folate metabolism related enzyme gene polymorphism and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods 56 unhealthy pregnant and lying-in women received in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as study group and 56 normal pregnant and lying-in women in the same period were selected as control group. PCR was used to detect gene polymorphism in both groups. The genotype distribution characteristics of the two groups were compared and the correlation between the two groups was analyzed. Results The frequencies of CC homozygous mutation,TT homozygous mutation at C677T locus and GG homozygous mutation at A66G locus of MTRR gene in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),while the frequencies of AA wild homozygous at A1298C locus of MTHFR gene,CC wild homozygous at C677T locus and AA at A66G locus of MTRR gene in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( The frequency of wild homozygous genes was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between adverse pregnancy outcomes and folate metabolism related enzyme gene polymorphism.
