An Observation on Blood Coagulation Indexes of Four Different Plasma

Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation indexes in different plasma after melting,and to understand the changes of plasma coagulation factors,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical use. Methods Sysmex-CA-1500 Automatic Coagulation Analyzer was used to detect test 83 plasma samples's PT、APTT、TT、 FIB at the 0.5 hours,6hours,12hours,24hours after melting. Result Removing cryoprecipitate of plasma's results are differences from the other three plasma in 0.5h . The Fib and TT results of Virus inactivation plasma and remove cryoprecipitate of plasma are different from fresh frozen plasma and nomal frozen plasma results in general 0.5 to 24 hours; almost results are no difference between fresh frozen plasma and nomal frozen plasma. Conclusion The plasma of moving cryoprecipitate can not use the same as the other three plasma. Virus inactivated plasma can only be used as a normal frozen plasma.
