Abstract: Objective To analyze the expression and significance of troponin(cTnI),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and plasma fibrinogen(Fib) in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ACS and 30 cases of healthy persons were examined for cTnI,CK - MB and Fib from Jan to December 2016. Simultaneously, patients with ACS were subsequently divided into the group of unstable angina (UA,71 cases) and group of acute myocardial infarction (AMI,49 cases),and the Results were compared and correlation of the concentrations of the markers with the severity of disease was analyzed. Results Patients of ACS group presented a higher level of cTnI,CK-MB and Fib compared with the healthy persons(P<0.05). Patients with AMI showed an elevated level of cTnI,CK-MB and Fib when compared with the group UA(P<0.05). Additionally, the serum concentrations of cTnI,CK-MB and Fib are positively correlated to the scores of Gensini in coronary heart disease(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of cTnI,CK-MB and Fib is obviously increased in sera following ACS onset and linearly correlated with the severity of ACS.
