四种血浆类成分血的凝血指标变化观察

摘要： 目的 检测不同类型血浆在融化后不同时间段凝血指标的变化,了解血浆的凝血因子质量变化,为临床血浆的使用提供理论依据。方法 采用sysmexCA-1500全自动血凝分析仪对83份融化的血浆标本分别于0.5、6、12、24 h进行PT、APTT、TT、FIB各项指标的检测。结果 去冷沉淀血浆在0.5 h内不同结果与其他3类血浆的差异有统计学意义。病毒灭活血浆与去冷沉淀血浆中Fib与TT的结果,与新鲜冰冻血浆及普通冰冻血浆,在0.5~24 h时间段的监测结果的差异均有统计学意义;新鲜冰冻血浆与普通冰冻血浆结果的差异无统计学意义。结论 去冷沉淀血浆不能与其他3种血浆同等使用,病毒灭活血浆只能作为普通血浆使用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation indexes in different plasma after melting,and to understand the changes of plasma coagulation factors,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical use. Methods Sysmex-CA-1500 Automatic Coagulation Analyzer was used to detect test 83 plasma samples's PT、APTT、TT、 FIB at the 0.5 hours,6hours,12hours,24hours after melting. Result Removing cryoprecipitate of plasma's results are differences from the other three plasma in 0.5h . The Fib and TT results of Virus inactivation plasma and remove cryoprecipitate of plasma are different from fresh frozen plasma and nomal frozen plasma results in general 0.5 to 24 hours; almost results are no difference between fresh frozen plasma and nomal frozen plasma. Conclusion The plasma of moving cryoprecipitate can not use the same as the other three plasma. Virus inactivated plasma can only be used as a normal frozen plasma.
