Abstract: Objective To continuously improve the clinical service ability of blood stations. Methods Through the construction of clinical blood transfusion service information platform, convenient, fine and systematic electronic services related to clinical blood transfusion for hospitals have been provided. Results Business processes have been optimized and standardized, including the blood appointment, blood supply, taking blood at the scene, blood testing, blood use qualification application, satisfaction survey, quality feedback, blood use reduction. Conclusion The establishment of clinical blood transfusion service information platform has effectively improved the service quality and technical level of blood stations for clinical blood transfusion.
