Abstract: Objective We used the quantitative method which combines iTRAQ with LC-MS/MS glyco-proteomics technology in the analysis for serum marker screening in cervical cancer. Methods Plasma of 10 healthy volunteers and 10 cases of cervical cancer patients were collected for mixed partial enzymatic digestion in each group, and iTRAQ labelling was performed and glycopeptides were enriched. All of the samples were subjected to LC-MS/MS analyses. Results A total of 157 glycoproteins were identified,of which 18 proteins show expression difference compared with the normal control. Ten cervical cancer serum proteins exhibited an up-regulated expression in the patients whereas 8 proteins was down-regula
