Abstract: Objective To observe the effectiveness of high pressure ozone autologous blood transfusion (HPOABT) for the treatment of hypersomnia of the patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Drug treatments included nerve growth factor (18 μg,qd.),oxiracetam capsules (0.4 g,qd.),maleic acid peculiar to Guangxi pp injection (0.32 g,qd.),Xueshuantong injection(Chinese patent medicine,0.45 g,qd.),physical and electric therapy,exercise of hemiplegic limbs,combined with 10 times of HPOABT. Results After 2 courses of treatments,both mental and physical conditions of the patients were obviously improved. The cognitive function and limbs muscle strength were increased to Ⅳ+ following 10 times of treatments. Conclusion The therapy of drugs combined with high pressure ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy,due to its effectiveness and safety,is promising for treatment of hypersomnia of patients with brain traumatic injury.
