高压三氧自体血回输治疗脑外伤嗜睡患者的疗效观察*

A Case Report of High Pressure Ozone Autologous Blood Transfusion Therapy for Hypersomnia in Patients with Brain Injury

摘要: 目的 观察药物联合高压三氧自体血回输治疗脑外伤嗜睡患者。方法 给予营养神经药物注射用鼠神经生长因子18 μg,1次/日;促智药物奥拉西坦胶囊0.4 g,1次/日;改善大脑微循环药物马来酸桂哌奇特注射液,0.32 g,1次/日;血栓通注射液,0.45 g,1次/日;物理治疗:中频电治疗2次/日、气压治疗2次/日、偏瘫肢体综合训练2次/日、站立床训练2次/日、作业疗法及运动疗法2次/日,同时进行高压三氧自体血回输治疗10次。结果 治疗2次后,患者精神状态明显好转,家属搀扶着能坐立;治疗10次后,认知功能较前恢复,四肢肌力Ⅳ+级。康复评定:上田敏运动功能分级左上肢功能9级,手指功能7级,下肢11级,步行功能2级,右上肢10级,右下肢11级,Brunnstrom运动功能左侧上下肢Ⅳ期,Barthel ADL 65分中度功能缺陷,好转出院。结论 药物联合高压三氧自体血回输治疗脑外伤嗜睡患者,具有疗效好、安全、无明显不良反应等优点,值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effectiveness of high pressure ozone autologous blood transfusion (HPOABT) for the treatment of hypersomnia of the patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Drug treatments included nerve growth factor (18 μg,qd.),oxiracetam capsules (0.4 g,qd.),maleic acid peculiar to Guangxi pp injection (0.32 g,qd.),Xueshuantong injection(Chinese patent medicine,0.45 g,qd.),physical and electric therapy,exercise of hemiplegic limbs,combined with 10 times of HPOABT. Results After 2 courses of treatments,both mental and physical conditions of the patients were obviously improved. The cognitive function and limbs muscle strength were increased to Ⅳ+ following 10 times of treatments. Conclusion The therapy of drugs combined with high pressure ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy,due to its effectiveness and safety,is promising for treatment of hypersomnia of patients with brain traumatic injury.
