输血科实习生带教体系的建立与应用研究

摘要: 目的 结合西南地区输血医学教育现状建立输血科实习生带教体系,提高输血科教学质量,培养输血方向人才。方法 以2016~2017年实习生为研究对象,分为2016年组和2017年组,2016年组按照学校实习大纲完成带教,2017年组按照建立的教学体系进行带教,根据考核结果及调查问卷结果评价该带教体系的教学效果。结果 2017年组实习生考核成绩高于2016年组,2017年组出科考核成绩高于入科考核成绩(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;学生对输血知识的掌握情况明显改善,表达能力、实际操作能力、分析解决问题能力等方面均有提高。结论 研究结果表明2017年组实习生取得了满意的带教效果,该教学方案的实施能弥补目前高校输血教育的不足,对培养输血方向人才有一定的积极促进作用。

Abstract: Objective To improve the quality of blood transfusion science and education, and to train blood transfusion professionals,we have established the teaching system based on education status of blood transfusion medicine in southwest China.Methods 2016-2017 interns as the research object, the interns were divided into 2016 group and 2017 group, 2016 group, in accordance with the school internship teaching outline is complete, in 2017 group according to build the teaching system of teaching, according to the assessment results and the questionnaire result evaluation of effect of the teaching system.Results The assessment results of interns in 2017 group were higher than those in 2016 group. The assessment result at the end of the internship in 2017 was higher than that at the begining of the intership(P<0.05), with statistically significant differences. The students' knowledge of blood transfusion was improved significantly, and their ability of expression, practical operation and problem analysis were improved.Conclusion The above results show that the students in 2017 group have achieved satisfactory teaching effect. The implementation of this teaching program can make up for the deficiency of blood transfusion education in colleges and universities at present, which has a certain positive effect on promoting the cultivation of blood transfusion professionals.
