血清PTH、Cys-C联合检测在慢性肾病患者诊疗中的应用价值

摘要： 目的 探讨血清甲状旁腺激素（PTH）、胱抑素C（Cys-C）联合检测在慢性肾脏疾病（CKD）患者诊疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性选择本院就诊的慢性肾病患者263例作为研究组,选择28例健康者作为对照组,检测每组患者的血清PTH、Cys-C、肌酐（Scr）、尿素（Urea）结果并进行分析,同时对研究组部分患者（32例）进行治疗前后结果的比较。结果 研究组各项指标的检测水平均高于对照组,并随着疾病的进展而增加,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;经过治疗后患者血清PTH指标的水平会降低,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;另外三项指标的差异无统计学意义。结论 血清PTH、Cys-C、Scr、Urea联合检测可以作为评估肾功能损害程度的有效指标,PTH可为慢性肾衰患者的治疗效果提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the serum parathyroid hormone （PTH）,Cystatin C （Cys-C） in the combined detection of chronic kidney disease （CKD） application value in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods Retrospective selection of 263 cases of chronic kidney disease patients in our hospital as the research group,28 healthy persons were selected as the control group,The serum levels of PTH,Cys-C,creatinine （Scr） and urea （Urea） were detected in each group,and the Results were analyzed,At the same time,the Results of the study group were compared before and after treatment （32 cases）.Results The detection level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,And increased with the progress of the disease,The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）;The level of serum PTH was decreased after treatment,The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）;The difference between the other three indexes was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combined detection of serum PTH,Cys-C,Scr and Urea can be used as an effective index to assess the degree of renal function impairment,PTH can be used as a basis for the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure.
