手足口病患儿免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4检测及意义*

摘要： 目的 通过检测轻、重症手足口病患儿及健康儿童免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4指标,探讨其变化特点及临床意义。 方法 选择手足口病患儿102例,其中轻症47例,重症55例,健康儿童30例,比较3组儿童免疫功能指标IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平的变化。 结果 3组儿童血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4的差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）,且手足口病患儿IgM、IgG水平高于健康儿童,IgA 、C3、C4水平则低于健康儿童。 结论 手足口病患儿免疫功能有所改变,检测免疫功能有助于手足口病的早期诊断和病情判断。

Abstract: Objective To detect immunoglobulins and C3 and C4 in children with hand-foot-mouth disease so as to evaluate the immune status of the patients. Methods One hundred and two cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease,including 47 cases of mild manifestations 55 cases of severe manifestations and 30 cases of healthy children Serum IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,and C4 levels were examined. Results A statistical significance （P<0.05） was noted among the three groups of children,and the child patients presented high levels of IgM and IgG antibodies compared with the healthy control. IgA,C3,and C4 levels was lower than those of healthy children. Conclusion The immune status of children with hand-foot-mouth disease produced a remarkable immunity against the virus infection,which may help for the early diagnosis and clinical managements.
