Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of inflammatory biomarkers in patients with recurrent miscarriage. Methods Using blood cell analyzer examination of peripheral blood cell analysis in healthy young women group，normal pregnancy group，habitual abortion patients，calculating of inflammatory biomarkers NLR，PLR and LMR，immunoturbidimetricassay was used to detect C–reactionprotein，meanwhile，Th1/Th2cytokines levels in serum were measured by flow cytometry.Results Compared with healthy young women and normal pregnancy，the NLR、LMR、PLRlevels in patients with habitual abortion were respectivelysignificant differences（P<0.05），the CRP levels in patients with habitual abortion were respectively significant differences（P<0.05）.The IL-4 levels in patients with habitual abortion were significantly lower than other two，the IL-2 levels in patients with habitual abortion were higher than other two，there were significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Inflammatory biomarkers participate in the development of habitual abortion.
