Abstract: MicroRNA(miRNA) is endogenously small non-coding regulatory RNA which plays important roles in many critical processes. It regulates gene expression through binding to the untranslated region of target mRNA. MicroRNA acts as a vital part in erythropoiesis. In this review, we mean to summarize the state of knowledge on the role of miRNAs in the regulation of different stages of erythropoiesis.
