Abstract: Objective To evaluate the morphological effects of Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) on wound repair of intrauterine adhesion. Methods 68 patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into PRF group and control group by 1∶1. All patients received TCRA and took endometrial tissue. PRF was injected into intrauterine immediately and 4 weeks after TCRA in PRF group, while no drug was used in control group. 8 weeks later, the two groups underwent second hysteroscopy. Endometrial morphologic changes were evaluated 8 weeks after treatment. Results In PRF group, the number of endometrial glands,Ki67,Cytokeratin 18(CK-18),Vimentin average fluorescence intensity increased after treatment, and the proportion of fibrosis area decreased. The number of endometrial glands and average fluorescence intensity of Ki67 in PRF group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The proportion of fibrotic area was smaller than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion PRF treatment can significantly promote wound repair after intrauterine operation.
