Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a highly concentrated platelet plasma. In recent years, PRP has been widely used in the field of wound repair with the advantages of preparation from one's own blood and less immune reaction, especially in the treatment of acute trauma, chronic trauma, traumatic spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, traumatic bone infection and other diseases with significant efficacy. This paper summaries and evaluates the mechanism and application of PRP in trauma repair, in order to provide a reference for PRP in wound repair as well as scientific research and clinical treatment
