Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a platelet concentrate that releases various growth factors upon activation and plays an important role in promoting tissue repair. Currently PRP therapy, as a novel technique, has achieved significant clinical results in the treatment and prognosis of many diseases, and has been applied in multiple disciplines such as orthopedics, pain management, and dermatology. In recent years, the application of PRP in reproductive medicine has attracted widespread attention. This article briefly reviews the possible mechanisms of the effect of intrauterine infusion of PRP on endometrial injury repair, providing a theoretical basis for the application of PRP in the treatment of female infertility.
