摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨血浆D二聚体在卵巢过度刺激综合征（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS）患者治疗中的改变,为临床治疗提供指导意义。方法回顾性分析安徽省立医院生殖医学中心75例体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）后因OHSS住院治疗患者的临床资料,分析患者治疗前、后血浆D二聚体的差异。结果75例中重度OHSS患者经积极纠正血液浓缩、纠正低蛋白血症、预防血栓形成治疗后,在入院日D二聚体、出院日D二聚体的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论动态检测OHSS患者治疗过程中血浆D二聚体的变化,对评估其临床治疗及判断预后有指导意义。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the change of plasma D-dimers during the treatment of patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,and to discuss the clinical significance of monitoring D-dimer levels. MethodsThe clinical data of 75 inpatients were analyzed retrospectively（from July 2015 to June 2016） who suffered from OHSS following IVF-ET. Paired T tests were used to reveal the D-dimer level of patients before and after treatment. ResultsA statistical significance of plasma D-dimer levels was noted between the patients with OHSS on admission and those discharged from hospital （P<0.05）. ConclusionMonitoring the D-dimer level of patients with OHSS during the treatment,is of significance in evaluation of treatments and prognosis.
