互联网+成分献血招募与预约的应用效果分析*

摘要: 目的 探讨利用“互联网+”模式招募与预约成分献血者效果,为提升成分献血者招募和履约献血效率提供依据。方法 对2014~2016年通过QQ群、秦皇岛献血微信公众号、短信平台招募与传统的面对面招募、电话预约、同伴招募进行对比,分析招募并履约捐献单采血小板献血者效果。结果 2014~2016年通过“互联网+”模式招募并履约捐献单采血小板献血者人数分别以53.68%、64.88%和66.87%逐年增长,而传统招募并履约捐献方式分别以46.32%、35.12%和33.13%逐年降低。结论 “互联网+成分献血招募与预约”模式大大提升了成分献血者招募与预约献血的效率,在成分献血者招募与预约献血中发挥越来越重要的作用,是传统招募与预约献血模式的重要补充。

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of "Internet +" mode in recruitments and appointments of blood donations so as to improve the process management and efficiency of blood component donation. Methods Blood donors were recruited through the WeChat Public Account from 2014 to 2016 and the results were compared with those recruited by traditional paths such as face-to-face,telephone appointments and company introduction. Finally,the performance of platelet donations was analyzed. Results The number of performance for platelet donations was yearly increased from 53.68% in 2014,64.88% in 2015 to 66.87% in 2016,while it gradually decreased from 46.32% in 2014,35.12% in 2015 and 33.13% in 2016 when recruited by the traditional means. Conclusion “Internet +” may greatly improve the efficiency of recruitments and appointments for platelet donations compared with traditional means.
