血型CD36基因在泛癌中的综合分析

Comprehensive Analysis of Blood Group Gene CD36 in Pan Cancer

摘要: 目的 通过生物信息学方法研究血型CD36基因在人类恶性肿瘤的表达及其与预后、临床分期和免疫浸润的关系,阐明其对肿瘤的预后评估价值。方法 运用UALCAN数据库分析CD36蛋白在肿瘤组织和正常组织间的表达差异;运用GEPIA数据库分析CD36表达与泛癌分期之间的关系;运用SangerBox数据库分析CD36表达与泛癌患者生存预后的关系,分析泛癌中CD36蛋白表达与免疫浸润及TMB、MSI等的相关性,运用String数据库分析与CD36上下游相关的蛋白。结果 研究显示CD36基因在9种肿瘤中观察到了显著上调(P<0.05),18种肿瘤中观察到了显著下调(P<0.05),CD36表达的高低与不同类型肿瘤患者的分期和预后密切相关,CD36在不同的肿瘤中发挥着不同的作用。CD36基因在39个癌种中表达与免疫浸润显著正相关(P<0.05),CD36可能在调节肿瘤免疫环境方面起到重要作用。KEGG和GO富集分析结果显示,候选基因主要参与了toll样受体信号通路、NF-κB信号通路和免疫相关通路免疫应答激活信号。结论 CD36基因在不同肿瘤中存在表达差异,CD36基因与多种肿瘤患者的分期和预后密切相关,血型CD36基因有望作为一个重要的肿瘤预后预测基因。

Abstract: Objective The study aimed to elucidate the prognostic value of CD36 in cancer and its relationship with immune infiltration across different cancer types.Bioinformatics methods were employed to study the expression of blood type gene CD36 in human malignant tumors and its relationship with prognosis, clinical staging, and immune infiltration. Methods UALCAN database was used to analyze the difference of CD36 protein expression between tumor tissues and normal tissues. GEPIA database was used to analyze the relationship between CD36 expression and pan-cancer stage. The SangerBox database was used to analyze the relationship between CD36 expression and the survival prognosis of pan-cancer patients, the correlation between CD36 expression and immune infiltration in pan-cancer, the correlation between CD36 expression and TMB,MSI, etc., and the String database was used to analyze the upstream and downstream proteins related to CD36. Results There was significant upregulation of the CD36 gene in 9 types of tumors (P<0.05), while significant downregulation was observed in 18 types of tumors (P<0.05). The expression levels of CD36 were closely associated with the staging and prognosis of different types of cancer patients. CD36 plays different roles in different types of tumors. The expression of CD36 in 39 cancer types was significantly positively correlated with immune infiltration (P<0.05), suggesting its important role in regulating the tumor immune environment. KEGG and GO enrichment analysis showed that candidate genes mainly participate in toll-like receptor signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, and immune response activation signaling. Conclusion CD36 exhibits expression variations in different tumors, and its expression is closely associated with the staging and prognosis of various cancer patients. Blood type CD36 gene is expected to serve as an important prognostic predictor for tumors.
