PDCA循环在血袋回收管理中的作用*

摘要： 目的 探讨如何有效落实血袋回收管理制度,加强对输血科血袋回收工作重要性的认识,切实做好血袋回收工作。方法 分析统计2017年4~9月本院各临床用血科室的血袋回收情况及24 h血袋回收率,分析血袋回收率低下的原因,发现问题及时整改,提出持续改进措施,并在实践中跟踪实施效果并总结经验。结果 2017年4月24 h血袋回收率为78.54%,制定一系列的改进措施后,在接下来的几个月期间,24 h血袋回收情况有较大改观,各临床科室也更加重视血袋回收工作的落实。结论 临床输血安全的保障需要全员的参与,应切实抓好输血的各个环节。应用PDCA循环法,即计划（Plan）、实施（Do）、检查（Check）、行动（Action）,能够持续改进血袋回收的及时率,保障临床输血安全。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effective management of blood bag recycling and improve the awareness of the importance of blood bag recycling in blood transfusion departments. Methods The clinical use of blood and blood bag recycling rate were calculated within 24h in the hospital from April to September 2017,the reasons for the low recycling rate of the blood bag were analyzed timely so as to improve the measures and sum up the experience. Results The 24h blood bag recycling rate was 78.54% in April 2017, after appropriate measures were taken,with a greatly improved situation in the later months,and clinical departments paid more attention to the implementation of blood bag recycling work.Conclusion The safety of clinical transfusion needs a participation of all related personels. The PDCA circulation method that includes planing,doing,checking,and action can continuously improve the rate of timely blood bag recycling in the security ensurance of clinical blood transfusion.
