摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨牙周炎与肾功能相关指标的关系。方法选取本院收治的90例牙周炎患者作为病例组，选取同时间段的90例牙周检查健康者作为对照组，对两组血清中尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（CR）、肾小球滤过率（eGFR）、胱抑素C（CysC）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平进行比较，研究牙周炎与肾功能相关指标的关系。结果牙周炎患者血清BUN及CysC水平高于健康对照组，eGFR及SOD水平低于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。病例组和对照组血清CR的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论牙周炎患者存在明显肾功能相关指标水平异常，牙周炎可能是肾病的危险因素之一。

Abstract: Objective Our aim is to investigate the relationship between periodontitis and renal function. Methods A total of 90 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital were selected as case group and 90 healthy persons of periodontal examination were selected as the control group. The levels of serum BUN，CR，eGFR，CysC and SOD were compared between the two groups to study the relationship between periodontitis and renal function. Results The serum levels of BUN and CysC in the case group were higher than those in the control group，the levels of eGFR and SOD were lower than those in control group（P<0.05）. No significant difference was found in the level of CR between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Patients with periodontitis have obvious abnormal renal function related indexes，and periodontitis may be one of the risk factors of kidney disease.
