炎症指标在习惯性流产患者中的应用研究*

Research of Inflammatory Biomarkers in Patients with Recurrent Miscarriage

摘要: 目的 探讨炎症指标在习惯性流产患者中的表达。方法 采用血细胞分析仪检测正常未孕组、正常妊娠组、习惯性流产患者的外周血血细胞分析,计算炎症指标NLR、PLR、LMR,采用免疫比浊法检测C-反应蛋白(CRP),同时采用流式细胞仪测定该3组血清Th1/Th2细胞因子含量。结果 与正常未孕组、正常妊娠组相比,习惯性流产患者外周血NLR、LMR、PLR的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),习惯性流产患者CRP的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),习惯性流产患者血清细胞因子(IL-4)含量较其他两组下降,细胞因子(IL-2)含量较其他两组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 炎症指标参与了习惯性流产的发生发展。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of inflammatory biomarkers in patients with recurrent miscarriage. Methods Using blood cell analyzer examination of peripheral blood cell analysis in healthy young women group,normal pregnancy group,habitual abortion patients,calculating of inflammatory biomarkers NLR,PLR and LMR,immunoturbidimetricassay was used to detect C–reactionprotein,meanwhile,Th1/Th2cytokines levels in serum were measured by flow cytometry.Results Compared with healthy young women and normal pregnancy,the NLR、LMR、PLRlevels in patients with habitual abortion were respectivelysignificant differences(P<0.05),the CRP levels in patients with habitual abortion were respectively significant differences(P<0.05).The IL-4 levels in patients with habitual abortion were significantly lower than other two,the IL-2 levels in patients with habitual abortion were higher than other two,there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Inflammatory biomarkers participate in the development of habitual abortion.
