Abstract: Objective Discuss on the significance and define an evaluation indicator for the clinical use of blood management. Improve the evaluation system for clinical transfusion. Method Do a three-dimension analysis among hospitals,blood-demanded departments and doctors by combining transfusion statistics data with the observed data in hospital andreferring to the relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines on blood using. Building management evaluation indexes for clinical transfusion. Results We defined the concept of management evaluation for clinical transfusion,established 13 evaluation index includes names,formulation,significance,and application guidance. Conclusions By developing a complete management evaluation indexes for clinical blood usage,we can provide hospitals and administrative departments with Methods for meeting the requirements of the medical institutions management approach for clinical use of blood. It can also help with strengthening the management of blood for clinical use and raise the level of safety and efficiency of blood using.
