Abstract: Objective By the bood transfusion management system,to establish clinical blood transfusion effect evaluation system for automatic management of clinical blood transfusion. Method By associating,calculating and comparing the information of transfusion management system,hospital patient information management system,laboratory information management system and hospital anesthesia management system,the date can evaluate and manage clinical blood transfusion. Result The systematic classification and analysis of a large number of blood transfusion data cancomplete the automatic evaluation and classification of preset related evaluation indicators,and it can be used in all aspects of clinical blood transfusion management. Conclusion To establish the clinical blood transfusion effect evaluation system in transfusion management systemcan provide a systematic will comprehensive management tool in the blood management evaluation index of doctors,and the dynamic monitoring of blood.
