Discussion the Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy of Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn

Abstract

Abstract: In order to further improve and standardize the laboratory diagnosis methods of hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn（HDFN）and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, we investigated the laboratory detection of HDFN in 57 medical institutions in China, performed a Meta-analysis of 26 studies including 32 932 maternal and fetal ABO incompatibility cases, and summarized the diagnosis and treatment strategies at home and abroad. We hope to put forward the existing problems of laboratory detection, and discuss new strategy for diagnosis and treatment for HDFN.
