Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the change of plasma D-dimers during the treatment of patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,and to discuss the clinical significance of monitoring D-dimer levels. MethodsThe clinical data of 75 inpatients were analyzed retrospectively（from July 2015 to June 2016） who suffered from OHSS following IVF-ET. Paired T tests were used to reveal the D-dimer level of patients before and after treatment. ResultsA statistical significance of plasma D-dimer levels was noted between the patients with OHSS on admission and those discharged from hospital （P<0.05）. ConclusionMonitoring the D-dimer level of patients with OHSS during the treatment,is of significance in evaluation of treatments and prognosis.
