Abstract: Objective To study the changes and related factors of some test indexes after massive blood transfusion in Tibetan Plateau. Methods From May 2017 to April 2018,72 patients undergoing massive blood transfusion in our hospital were divided into two groups. 72 patients who received massive blood transfusion in plain area in the same period weretaken as the control group. The seven routine blood transfusion indexes of the two groups were compared, and the changes of the detection values and the related factors were analyzed. Results Platelet (PLT) level and serum calcium(Ca2+)were measured in the observation group after blood transfusion therapy, the level of serum potassium (K) and serum sodium(Na+) were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05),the level of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma fibrinogen (FIB) (P>0.05).Conclusion In the course of massive blood transfusion treatment in the plateau area,it is easy to appear adverse diseases. Therefore, the factors of the change of the detection value should be analyzed when the patients are treated with massive blood transfusion in the Tibetan Plateau area. Effective measures can be taken to prevent them in advance, thereby reducing the incidence of complications. to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
