摘要： 执业比对是通过分享血液管理和业务数据,确认重要的执业程序和高效率的管理措施,以持续改进管理水平的一种有效方法。国内采供血机构总结APBN经验,在执业比对方面进行了积极的探索,本文通过对我国大陆采供血机构执业比对工作的介绍和经验总结,为采供血机构开展执业比对工作的可行性和探索提供建议。

Abstract: Practice Comparison is an effective way of improving management level continuously. It can identify the best practice through collection of information and comparison with other service systems. We summarized and explored the experiences of practice comparison from APBN. This paper introduced the working content and management experience of practice comparison in mainland China,and provided the basis for the feasibility and exploration of blood transfusion service for practice comparison work.
