Sysmex XN3000网织红细胞参数参考区间的适用性验证

摘要： 目的 验证Sysmex （希森美康）公司提供的XN3000网织红细胞参数参考区间对本地区成年人群的适用性。方法 采用中华人民共和国卫生行业标准（WS/T402-2012）《临床实验室检验项目参考区间的制定》的推荐方法,采集160例健康参考个体的临床血液标本进行规范化检测和验证分析。结果 160例健康参考个体标本未通过WS/T402-2012标准验证。结论 厂家提供的网织红细胞参数参考区间不适用于本地区成年人群,实验室应建立起适合自己的参考区间,以确保参考区间的临床适用性。

Abstract: Objective To validate the applicability of the reference intervals of reticulocyte parameters provided by Sysmex XN3000 to the local adult population. Method sOne hundred and sixty healthy persons were collected for the individual examination of seven item parameters of reticulocytes according to the Reference Intervals of Laboratory Test Items as Professional Standards （WS/T402-2012）,which include absolute value of reticulocytes（Ret#）,percentage of reticulocytes（Ret %）,percentage of hyper-fluorescent reticulocytes（HFR%）,mid-fluorescent reticulocytes （MFR%）,low-fluorescent reticulocytes（LFR%）,immature fluorescent reticulocytes（IRF）,and hemoglobin of reticulocytes （Ret-He）. Results All the persons who received the examinations passed the verification of the 7 items. Conclusion sThe parameters of Ret#,Ret%,LFR%,IRF,and Ret-He were obtained at the same time although the HFR% and MFR% limit to the standard within 10 percent at maximum,suggesting that the standard parameters would be needed for examination of reticulocytes in local adult population.
