摘要/Abstract

摘要： ABO血型是癌症患者发生静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolism, VTE）的独立危险因素。然而,目前尚不明确不同血型肿瘤患者发生VTE的具体机制及危险因素,这给疾病的预防和治疗带来了挑战。本文结合最新文献综述ABO血型对癌症患者VTE的影响,以期进一步优化肿瘤患者VTE的管理。

关键词: ABO血型, 静脉血栓栓塞症, 癌症患者

Abstract: ABO blood group is an independent risk factor for venous thromboembolism （VTE）in cancer patients. However, the specific mechanism and risk factors of ABO blood group on VTE in tumor patients are still unclear, which brings challenges to the prevention and treatment of the disease. This article deeply reviews the influence of ABO blood type on VTE in cancer patients based on the latest literature, so as to further optimize the management of VTE in cancer patients.
