摘要: 近年来寨卡病毒(zika virus, ZIKV)在全球多地暴发流行,在我国也有呈局部流行的趋势,不仅严重威胁公共卫生,也对血液安全造成了威胁。本文将ZIKV国内外流行现状、传播途径、实验室检查、输血传播的潜在风险及防控输血传播策略综述如下。

Abstract: In recent years, the Zika virus has broken out in many places around the world, and there is also a trend of local epidemic in China, which not only poses a serious threat to public health, but also to blood safety. The paper summarises the current status of ZIKV prevalence at home and abroad, routes of transmission, laboratory tests, potential risks of transmission through blood transfusion and strategies for transfusion transmission prevention.
