皖南地区5家血站集中化血液核酸筛查结果分析

Analysis of Centralized Blood Nucleic Acid Screening in Five Stations of Southern Anhui

摘要: 目的 统计皖南5家血站(芜湖、安庆、铜陵、池州及黄山)在2015年12月~2016年6月开展集中化核酸检测的数据,分析并评价现阶段核酸检测用于献血者血液筛查的重要性。方法 对血清学检测结果阴性的标本,采用两种国产核酸筛查系统(系统A和系统B)检测,混样检测阳性的进行拆分,按标准判定结果。对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 ①集中化检测期间对39 524例核酸标本进行筛查,检出HBV DNA阳性标本39例,未检出HCV RNA和HIV RNA阳性样本。②5家血站(芜湖、安庆、铜陵、池州及黄山)HBV DNA阳性率分别为0.58‰、1.91‰、0.62‰、1.65‰、1.35‰(χ2=12.82,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。③2种检测系统(系统A和B),HBV DNA检出率分别为0.81‰和1.38‰,总检出率为0.99‰。结论 集中化血液核酸筛查的实施有效防止了病毒经血液传播,保证了临床用血质量和安全;血液核酸筛查会有假反应性风险产生,须做好核酸实验室污染防控。

Abstract: Objective Data of DNAs screening in 5 blood stations of southern Anhui province were analyzed from December 2015 to June 2016 so as to was evaluate the significance of blood nucleic acid screening in the donors.Methods Samples that showed seronegative results were detected and analyzed with two domestic nuclei acid screening systems (A and B).Results A total of 39 524 samples were screened and 39 cases of positive HBV DNAs were found. Neither HCV RNAs nor HIV RNAs were noted. A significant difference of the prevalence of positive HBV DNAs was observed in 5 blood stations ( 0.58‰,1.91‰, 0.62‰, 1.65‰, and 1.35‰(χ2=12.82,P<0.05). The two test systems gave rise to the positive rates of 0.81‰ and 1.38‰ for HVB DNAs, with a total positive rate of 0.99‰.Conclusion sCentralized screening of blood nucleic acids was effective for prevention of virus transmission and for guarantee of blood quality and safety. Laboratory contaminations must be scrupulously avoided to prevent from false positive DNAs examinations.
