皖南地区血液集中化检测应用分析

Analysis of Blood Concentration Detection in Southern Anhui

摘要: 目的 探讨皖南地区血液集中化检测的意义。方法 对皖南5家血站常规检测合格的标本,采用2套血液核酸筛查系统进行HBV DNA、HCV RNA和HIV RNA检测。酶免阴性、核酸阳性的标本,进行乙肝血清学补充试验。最后对5家血站的核酸阳性检出率进行分析。结果 在集中化检测期间共检测39 616例标本,检出HBV阳性39例,其中芜湖12例、安庆16例、池州3例、黄山5例、铜陵3例。结论 各单位送检的标本质量,直接影响核酸检测结果准确性。NAT能在ELISA检测阴性的献血者血液标本中筛查到核酸阳性标本,有效降低了经血传播传染病的危险。核酸集中化检测可进一步提高血液质量及保障血液安全。

Abstract: Objective To explore the significance of nucleic acid tests for centralized blood screening in southern Anhui. Methods Qualified samples from five blood stations were detected,with two sets of nucleic acid blood screening systems for HBV DNA,HCV RNA and HIV RNA. The samples with negative ELISA and positive NAT were further identified for hepatitis B. Finally,the positive rates of nucleic acids in five blood stations were analyzed. Results During the centralized detection,39616 samples were tested and 39 HBV positive samples were found,including 12 in Wuhu,16 in Anqing,3 in Chizhou,5 in Huangshan,and 3 in Tongling. Conclusion NAT screening can find positive samples from negative samples tested by ELISA .NAT effectively reduced the risk of diseases through blood transfusion. Nucleic acid concentration detection may improve the quality of blood and blood safety.
