摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨老年2 型糖尿病（T2DM）合并非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者血清nesfatin-1变化及其影响因素。方法选取老年T2DM患者32例（T2DM组）、T2DM合并NAFLD患者32例（T2DM-NAFLD组）及同期健康体检者30例（NC组）。采用ELISA法测定血清nesfatin-1水平,分析其影响因素及其与胰岛素抵抗（IR）的关系。结果 T2DM组和T2DM-NAFLD组患者血清nesfatin-1水平低于NC组,T2DM-NAFLD组患者血清nesfatin-1水平低于T2DM组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。血清nesfatin-1水平与HOMA-IR呈负相关（P<0.05）,与HOMA-β呈正相关（P<0.01）。TG、WC是nesfatin-1的独立影响因素（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论老年T2DM合并NAFLD患者血清nesfatin-1降低可能参与IR及NAFLD的发生。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the change and related factors of serum nesfatin-1 level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）.Methods erum nesfatin-1 concentration was examined in 32 T2DM patients without NAFLD （T2DM group）,32 T2DM patients with NAFLD （T2DM-NAFLD group） and 30 cases of normal control （NC group）.The influencing factors for nesfatin-1 were analyzed.Results Compared with the other two groups,serum nesfatin-1 concentration was the lowest in T2DM-NAFLD group（P<0.05 or P<0.01）. TG and WC were the independent related factors for nesfatin-1（P<0.05 or P<0.01） Conclusion Serum nesfatin-1 concentration obviously declined in elderly T2DM patients with NAFLD,which may be involved in the development of IR and NAFLD.
