LP(a)、Lp-PLA2、HFABP水平与CHD患者病情严重程度的关系研究*

The Relationship of Levels of LP(a),Lp-PLA2 and HFABP with the Severity of Coronary Heart Disease

摘要: 目的 分析LP(a)、 Lp-PLA2、HFABP表达水平与CHD患者病情严重程度的关系。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年12月本院收治的经冠状动脉造影确诊的100例CHD患者为研究观察组及100例健康志愿者为对照组;入组后采集空腹静脉血,离心收集血清并采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血中HFABP水平,采用荧光素增强免疫化学发光法检测血中Lp-PLA2水平,采用免疫投射比浊法检测血中LP(a)水平。结果 不同类型的观察组患者血中LP(a)、 Lp-PLA2及HFABP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中不同心功能患者LP(a)、 Lp-PLA2及HFABP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);LP(a)、Lp-PLA2、HFABP表达水平与CHD病情严重程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CHD患者LP(a)、Lp-PLA2、HFABP水平显著高于健康者,且LP(a)、Lp-PLA2、HFABP水平与CHD病情严重程度密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between the levels of LP (a),Lp-PLA2 and HFABP and the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods One hundred CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography in the hospital in recent three years were selected for observation and 100 healthy volunteers as the control. Sera of fasting venous blood were collected after admission,and the level of HFABP were measured by ELISA. The Lp-PLA2 and LP(a) were detected by fluorescent enhanced immunochemiluminescence and immunoturbidimetric method,respectively. Result The levels of LP (a),Lp-PLA2 and HFABP in the observation group were found to be significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.05); the increase of LP (a),Lp-PLA2 and HFABP was positively correlated with the severity of CHD (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of LP (a),Lp-PLA2 and HFABP in CHD patients were notably elevated which is closely associated with the severity of CHD,suggesting a potential significance in the diagnosis of CHD.
