CLIA与TP-ELISA检测梅毒螺旋体抗体的Meta分析

A Meta Analysis of CLIA and TP-ELISA for Detection of Anti-Syphilis Antibodies

摘要: 目的探讨化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-ELISA)法检测梅毒螺旋体抗体的Meta分析。方法通过检索PubMed、VIP中文期刊数据库、WanFang全文数据库和CNKI全文数据库476例文献,并采用RevMan 4.2软件进行统计分析。结果最终纳入11篇文献共25 413例患者,异质性检验χ2=2.05(P>0.05),选用固定效应模型进行合并,综合结果显示相对危险度(OR)为1.01(OR95%CI:0.93~1.09,P>0.05),提示CLIA与TP-ELISA法检测梅毒螺旋体抗体的差异无统计学意义。结论ELISA和CLIA法是手术和输血前梅毒螺旋体抗体筛查的可靠方法,可用于临床检测。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the CLIA and TP-ELISA for detection of antibody against syphilis. Methods4 7 6 cases of PubMed,VIP,WangFang and CNKI database were searched out, and analyzed by RevMan 4 .2 . Results11 articles reported a total of 2 5 4 1 3 patients. Tests for heterogeneity χ2= 2.05 , df=10(P>0.05)showed the relative risk of the combined result [OR=1.01 ,95% CI(0.93 ,1.09), P>0.05] and 9 5% CI horizontal and vertical study line(on behalf of RR=1) intersect. It was found that the difference of CLIA and TP-ELISA for detection of antibodies to syphilis was not statistically significant. ConclusionsELISA and CLIA methods are clinically useful and reliable for screening of Treponema pallidum infection before surgery or blood transfusion.
