两种速冻机速冻效果的对比分析

摘要: 目的 比较两种不同速冻方式的速冻机,选择更适合的速冻方式,缩短血浆速冻时间,提高速冻效果。方法 200 mL新鲜血浆25袋,称重平均分成2袋并标记,分别置于MBF-21平板血浆速冻机和YCS-I对流型血液成分速冻机内进行速冻,再经过解冻融化留样检测FⅧ、Fbg含量。利用温度探头模拟袋监测两台速冻机速冻温度的变化情况。结果 同源、同量的新鲜冰冻血浆中的FⅧ含量,以平板速冻机明显高于强制空气对流型速冻机(P<0.01);; Fbg含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相对于强制对流型速冻机,平板速冻机温度下降速度快。结论 两种速冻机的速冻效果存在差异,平板速冻机要优于强制空气对流型速冻机。

Abstract: Objective To compare the two quick-freezing freezers in plasma storage,shorten freezing time of plasma and improve the freezing effect. Method Twenty five bags of 200 mL fresh plasma were weighed and evenly divided into two bags with labels,synchronously placed in the MBF-21 plate plasma machine and the YCS-I convection blood component machine,and then thawed to detect the contents of FⅧ and Fbg. The temperature probe simulating bag was used to monitor the quick freezing temperature changes of the two freezers. Result The content of FⅧ in freshly frozen plasma of the same amount was significantly higher than that in forced air convection freezer (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in Fbg content (P>0.05). Compared to the forced convection freezer,flat-panel freezer temperature dropped faster. Conclusion The flat-plate quick-freezing machine is superior to the forced air convection type quick-freezing machine in fresh plasma freezing.
