凝血因子、抗凝血酶、PLG、vWF及凝血象检测结果与TEG常用参数间的相关性研究

摘要: 目的 研究血栓弹力图(thromboelastography,TEG)的常用参数r-value、K-time、α-angle角、MA、CI、G-value与凝血因子、血管内皮因子、抗凝血酶、纤溶酶原及凝血象结果之间的相关性。方法 收集本院近1年血栓弹力图r-value、k-time、α-angle角、MA、CI、G-value的检测结果,以这6个参数中存在任意1项异常结果的样本作为研究对象,-80℃冻存其血浆,累积到一定数量后,对这些样本的9个凝血因子活性(Ⅰ:a、Ⅱ:a、Ⅴ:a、Ⅶ:a、Ⅷ:a、Ⅸ:a、Ⅹ:a、Ⅺ:a、Ⅻ:a)、血管内皮因子抗原(vWF:Ag)、抗凝血酶活性(AT:a)、纤溶酶原(PLG)及凝血象PT、APTT、TT进行检测。结果 多元线性回归分析结果显示,仅有PLG和Fig与TEG常用参数间有回归关系。结论 就直观性和整体性而言,血栓弹力图优于实验室传统凝血常规检测项目,但是二者之间没有必然的一一对应性,不能以血栓弹力图的结果替代其他出凝血常规检测的结果。

Abstract: Objective Correlation study between Common parameters of thromboelastography, Coagulatant factor, Vascular endothelial factor, Antithrombin, Plasminogen and traditional coagulation test. Methods Collecting any abnormal sample of the results of thromboelastography in our hospital for nearly one year as the research object, meanwhile, frozen the plasma of same sample. When a certain amount is collected, the test is performed. Results The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that only PLG and Fig had a regression relationship with the parameters. Conclusions When the blood coagulation state of the patient is evaluated from the whole, the thromboelastogram is superior to other laboratory coagulation tests, but the possible results of the coagulation factor and coagulation cannot be inferred based on the R value, and there is no one-to-one correspondence between them.
