基于过冷液体凝固放热的无源输血加温器对血液质量的影响评估

Evaluation of the Influence of Passive Transfusion Warmer on Blood Quality Based on the Coagulation Exotherm of Supercooled Liquid

摘要: 目的 对自制的一款基于过冷液体凝固放热的无源输血加温器进行应用评估,考察使用该加温器后血液质量的变化,为其后续转化应用提供数据支撑。方法 使用无源输血加温器加温冷藏保存的全血和悬浮红细胞,检测加温前后溶血率、血常规、生化指标、形态学参数、膜损伤程度及凝血功能等指标的变化。结果 全血经无源输血加温器加温后,白细胞计数轻度降低,K+浓度及血栓弹力图的MA值轻度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标均无明显改变。悬浮红细胞经加温后乳酸脱氢酶浓度轻度升高,游离血红蛋白浓度及溶血率轻度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标无明显改变。结论 使用无源输血加温器加温血液后,其质量相关指标虽有轻度的改变,但均在正常值范围内,加温后的血液质量符合国家标准“全血及成分血质量要求GB18469-2012”。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the performance of a self-made passive blood transfusion warmer based on the coagulation exotherm of supercooled liquid,investigate the changes in blood quality after warming,and provide data support for its practical application. Methods Whole blood and suspended red blood cells stored in 2~6 ℃ was heated by passive blood transfusion warmer,and the changes of hemolysis rate,blood routine examination,biochemical indexes, morphology,membrane damage and coagulation function were detected. Results After whole blood being warmed, the white blood cells count was slightly decreased and the K+ concentration and MA value were slightly increased with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05). In the case of suspended red blood cells,lactate dehydrogenase concentration were slightly increased after being warming, and the free hemoglobin concentration and hemolysis rate were slightly increased with the differences statistically significant (P<0.05). The rest of the indicators did not show significant change. Conclusion After being warmed with the self-made warmer,although the quality-related indicators have slight changes,they are all within normal ranges. The quality of blood completely meet the requirements of GB18469-2012 "Quality requirements for whole blood and blood components".
