摘要/Abstract

摘要： 红细胞输注发挥供氧功能涉及外源氧的供给、红细胞与氧的结合、携带氧的红细胞在血液中的运输、氧从红细胞中被释放及组织细胞摄取氧的连续过程。影响上述过程的任何因素都将影响红细胞氧供作用的发挥,因此,我们应以一种整体动态观围绕上述过程来进行红细胞输血指征及输血后疗效的评估及评价。

关键词: 红细胞输注, 输血指征, 输血疗效

Abstract: The function of red blood cell (RBC) oxygen supply involves the continuous process of external oxygen supply,the binding of oxygen to RBC,oxygen transport in the blood,oxygen release from RBC and oxygen uptake in tissue cells.Any factor affecting this process will influence the oxygen supply of RBC.Given the above process,indications for RBC transfusion and therapeutic efficacy should be evaluated in an overall dynamic view.
