Abstract: Objective To evaluate the stability of a enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assays Kit for Anti-HTLV,and to provide references for choosing Anti-HTLV ELISA kits which used in blood screening. Methods Coefficient of variation was used toevaluate intra-assay variation,day-assay variation and inter-assay variation of 4 Lot Numbers. Box-type diagram was used to analyze extreme value. Results The intra-assay variation was 6.5%,none extreme value in all intra-assay results. Coefficients of variation were 6.8%,7.1%,8.8% and 8.6,respectively. Conclusion The reagent has shown reasonably stability in intra-assay,day-assay and inter-assay,which can satisfy the requirement of blood screening kit.
