Callicarpa Nudiflora: Clinical Efficacy on chronic Pelvitis through Dampening of IL-1β,MCP-1 and GM-CSF

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Callicarpa nudiflora, a Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) tablet, on alleviation of chronic pelvitis via reducing inflammatory cytokines of IL-1β,MCP-1 and GM-CSF. Methods One hundred and twenty four patients were randomly divided into control group (62 cases) and treatment group (62 cases). Patients in the control were intravenously given ceftriaxone sodium and metronidazole sodium chloride while those in the observation group were treated with the Chinese patient medicine tablets for four weeks in addition to the antibacterial agents. The disappear time of dominant clinical menifestations and their scoring were evaluated; IL-1β,MCP-1 and GM-CSF were measured. Results The efficiency of the TCM-combined treatments reached 91.9%, which was notably higher than that (77.4%, P<0.05) of the antibacterial agents administration in the control. The disappear time of temperature fell to normal, the pain in low abdominal and secretions of leukorrhea were significantly relieved with low syndrome scores in the patients with combined therapy when compared with those in the control (P<0.05) . Additionally, the levels of IL-1β,MCP-1 and GM-CSF in the patients of observation group were decreased following combined treatments(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of antibacterial agents with Callicarpa nudiflora tablets show a promising efficacy for treatment of chronic pelvic infections, and has ability to ameliorate inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β,MCP-1 and GM-CSF.

The MiR-31 and Efficacy of the Combined Chemotherapy of Paclitaxel with Cisplatin: A Retrospective Study in Elderly Females with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of MiR-31 and the efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in elderly women with ovarian cancer. Methods Fifty two elderly inpatients with ovarian cancer were treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy from 2011 to 2014. The therapeutic effect was followed up for analysis of the expression of MiR-31 in cancer tissues of pre- and post-treatments. Results The 3-year survival rate was 25% (13/52) and the progression-free survival rate was 15.4% (8/52). The median overall survival time of patients with low expression of MiR-31 before treatment was 12 months, significantly shorter than 28 months in the patients high MiR-31 expression (P<0.05). Additionally, the median progression-free survival time of patients with low MiR-31 expression was 8 months, much lower than 16 months with high MiR-31 expression (P<0.05). After treatments, the patients with high expression of MiR-31 (>65%) presented as long as 34 months of median overall survival time when compared with those who had low MiR-31 expression and short survival time (12 months) (P<0.05). The median progression-free survival time of MiR-31 (>65%) was 24 months, which was significantly longer than 8 months in those with low MiR-31 expresion (P<0.05). Paclitaxel-cisplatin chemotherapy and MiR-31 expression are independent prognostic factors of ovarian cancer. Conclusions The level of MiR-31 expression is helpful for assessment of the treatment efficacy and prognosis of elderly women with ovarian cancer.

Clinical Efficacy of Sanhuang Liniment and Its Alleviation in Serum Cytokines for Treatment of Patients with Chronic Eczema

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang liniment made in hospital on the treatment of chronic eczema and its influence on serum levels of IL-4, ECP, TNF-2α and sIL-2R. Methods A total of 86 outpatients of dermatology with chronic eczema were divided into controls of the group (n=43) and the observation (n=43). Patients of the control were orally given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets as routine treatment whereas those of the observation received cetirizine hydrochloride combined with Sanhuang liniment (a Traditional Chinese Medicine) for four weeks. Clinical manifestations such as skin itching, grease, corneous layer water content, trans-epidermal water loss as well as immune indicators were evaluated. Serum IL-4, ECP, TNF-2α and sIL-2R were measured by ELISA before and after the treatments. Results A high efficacy of 90.70% was observed when the treatment was combined with Sanhuang liniment (P<0.05). Skin pruritus and severity and itching scores were significantly ameliorated and the skin barrier function indexes were remarkably increased in the observation group (P<0.05). Additionally, the serum cytokine levels of IL-4, ECP, TNF-2α and sIL-2R were inhibited in the group of combination with the liniment (P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital-made Sanhuang liniment has a potential in enhancement effect on chronic eczema in underlying routine therapy, and the possible mechanism might be involved in improvement of skin barrier function.

PDCA Circulation in the Management of Blood Bag Recycling

Objective To explore the effective management of blood bag recycling and improve the awareness of the importance of blood bag recycling in blood transfusion departments. Methods The clinical use of blood and blood bag recycling rate were calculated within 24h in the hospital from April to September 2017,the reasons for the low recycling rate of the blood bag were analyzed timely so as to improve the measures and sum up the experience. Results The 24h blood bag recycling rate was 78.54% in April 2017, after appropriate measures were taken,with a greatly improved situation in the later months,and clinical departments paid more attention to the implementation of blood bag recycling work.Conclusion The safety of clinical transfusion needs a participation of all related personels. The PDCA circulation method that includes planing,doing,checking,and action can continuously improve the rate of timely blood bag recycling in the security ensurance of clinical blood transfusion.

Application of Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing in the Blood Donation Screening in Fuzhou Areas

Objective To analyze NAT used in the blood donation screening in Fuzhou areas,evaluate the necessity of NAT for blood donation testing and the difference of proficiency after reagent updating. Methods All of the specimens were tested by Procleix TIGRIS NAT System for HBV/HCV/HIV-1, and HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV/P24, anti-TP tested by two different companies' ELISA kits. Furthermore, the NAT reactive specimens were further confirmed by discriminatory NAT.Results 491 159 blood donors' specimens were tested from 2012 to 2017, the ELISA negative and NAT reactive specimens were 1 637, after discriminatory NAT 477 were HBV positive and 2 were HIV positive. Updating of the reagent since 2015, NAT reactive rates were improved from 0.28% to 0.41%, and the rates of discriminatory improved from 25.61% to 33.89%. Conclusion The window period of blood transfusion infection could be shorten and the blood safety improved after NAT used for blood screening. The sensitivity of the NAT reagent was improved after updating.

Analysis of the Invalid Results by the Nucleic Acid Test in the Blood Screening in Yan Cheng

Objective To analyze the occurrence and the related causes of the invalid Results in Roche Cobas s201 nucleic acid detection systems (NAT) for blood screening.Methods The number and types of invalid Results in NAT from January 2015 to December 2017 were identified and calculated. The relationship among the result invalidation and detection time and the reagent lots etc were analyzed. Results Among 21 032 pools (94 397) tested by Roche Cobas s201, 55 invalid pools were found. The total rate of result invalidation in the lab was 0. 26% (55 /21 032). From 2015 to 2017, the rates of result invalidation were 0.35% (25/7 055), 0.29% (20/6 785)and 0.14% (10/7 192), respectively. There were significant differences in different years (χ2=6. 755,P<0. 05). The rate of result invalidation in the lab was decreasing with trend test (trend for χ2 was 6.334 8, P=0.012).The causes were mainly due to spotting failure or clot or air bubble in samples 61.82%(34/55), There were significant differences compared with other invalid Results (χ2=6.145,P=0. 013). There were significant differences among the invalid Results of different years, χ2=25.485, P=0.004.. There were no significant differences in the rates of the result invalidation in different months (P>0. 05). The rates of the result invalidation were the highest in reagent Lot 5. It was 1. 22% (4 /329). There were significant differences in the rates of the result invalidation among different reagent lots (χ2 =10 342.525,P<0. 001). Conclusion The invalidation rate of NAT in the lab was in normal and decreasing year by year. There was some correlation between different reagent lots and result invalidation. Monitoring the invalid rates of NAT Results can help to monitor the nucleic acid test performance continuously.

Correlation between HLA-DRB1 Gene and End Stage Renal Disease in Hebei Han Nationality

Objective To study the correlation between HLA-DRB1 gene and end-stage renal disease in Hebei Han population,and to find the susceptibility genes of patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods HLA-DRB1 typing was performed on 490 patients with end-stage renal disease by polymerase chain reaction-specific primers (PCR-SSP). The frequency was calculated by direct counting method. Haldane's correction formula was used to calculate the relative risk of the HLA-DRB1 gene to the disease. The significance of RR was calculated by Fisher's exact P-value method and then corrected by multiplied the number of antigens. Results 13 HLA-DRB1 alleles were detected in 490 patients with end-stage renal disease. The highest allele was DRB1*15 (0.167 347),followed by DRB1*04 (0.129 592),DRB1*12 (0.126 531 DRB1*04 (0.082 776),DRB1*11 (0.088 776),DRB1*14 (0.082 653),tested significance of RR found that the DRB1*04,DRB1*12,DRB1*14 gene significantly associated with end stage renal disease occurrence while the DRB1*09 have a protective effect on the of end stage renal disease. Conclusion DRB1*04,DRB1*12 and DRB1*14 are the susceptibility genes of end-stage renal disease in Hebei Han nationality,while DRB1*09 is a protective gene.

A Comparison of the Refrigeration Effect of Two Types of Freezers

Objective To compare the two quick-freezing freezers in plasma storage,shorten freezing time of plasma and improve the freezing effect. Method Twenty five bags of 200 mL fresh plasma were weighed and evenly divided into two bags with labels,synchronously placed in the MBF-21 plate plasma machine and the YCS-I convection blood component machine,and then thawed to detect the contents of FⅧ and Fbg. The temperature probe simulating bag was used to monitor the quick freezing temperature changes of the two freezers. Result The content of FⅧ in freshly frozen plasma of the same amount was significantly higher than that in forced air convection freezer (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in Fbg content (P>0.05). Compared to the forced convection freezer,flat-panel freezer temperature dropped faster. Conclusion The flat-plate quick-freezing machine is superior to the forced air convection type quick-freezing machine in fresh plasma freezing.

The Relationship Between Serum Uric Acid Level and Nephropathy in Inpatients With Type 1 Diabetic Mellitus

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid level and urinary albumin/urinary creatinine(UACR), and to evaluate the serum uric acid level in predicting the occurrence of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) in patients with type 1 diabetic mellitus. Methods Based on retrospectively cross-sectional study method,186 cases of type 1 diabetic mellitus were enrolled who were treated in the hospital from August 2015 to December 2017. The patients were divided into three groups according to UACR: non-diabetic nephropathy group (n=117), micro-albuminuria group(n=47),and macro-albuminuria group (n=22). Results The serum uric acid level in macro-albuminuria group was higher than that in non-diabetic nephropathy group (P<0.05). The serum uric acid level had the positive correlation with the gender, body mass index, systolic pressure, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and triglyceride. Logistic regression analysis showed that HbA1c and serum uric acid were independent risk factors of DKD. Conclusions The serum uric acid is the independent risk factor of diabetes kidney disease in patients with type 1 diabetic mellitus.

Analysis of The Impacts of Test At Different Placement Time on TBIL, DBIL, ALT in Venous Blood

Objective To investigate the impacts of different storage time of venous blood on biochemical indicators such as total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Methods 120 cases of health examination in our hospital from January 2017 to June were selected, and the blood biochemical indexes of immediate time, place 4 h, 12 h and 24 h were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of Ca2+, K+ and Na+ in the blood placed for 24 h were significantly higher than those at immediate time, while K+ , P-and Cl- were significantly lower than those at immediate time (P<0.05); The levels of Ca2+ and K+ in place 12h was significantly higher than those at immediate time (P<0.05); The blood aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in place 24h blood were significantly higher than those at immediate time, while TBIL, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), urea nitrogen (BUN) and β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) were significantly lower than that at immediate time (P<0.05); The blood TBIL and BUN in place 12 h blood were significantly lower than those at immediate time, and the AST was significantly higher than that at immediate time (P<0.05); There were no significant difference in DBIL, glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), albumin (ALB) and serum creatinine (Scr) among immediate time, place 4 h, 12 h and 24 h (P>0.05). Conclusion The time of different placement of venous blood has an effect on some biochemical indexes, therefore, we should pay attention to control the time of specimen placement in clinical, and reduce the error of test Results .

The Application of Amplitude-Integrated Electroencephalographic Monitoring in Late preterm Infant with Hypoglycemia

Objective To investigate the characteristics of the amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram in the late preterm infants with hypoglycemia, and explore the effect of transient hypoglycemia on the brain function in late preterm infants. Methods From January 2015 to March 2016, 31 cases of late preterm infants with hypoglycemia admitted to our NICU were selected as hypoglycemia group(blood glucose level are 1.1~2.1 mmol/L, average is 1.7±0.3 mmol/L, after treatment, blood glucose return to normal within 2 hours), all the objects were observed by aEEG monitoring on the day when hypoglycaemia was diagnosed or the day after. Over the same period, 24 cases with normoglycemia matched for gestation were selected randomly as control group, aEEG monitoring were done within 3 days after birth. The continuity of background, sleep-wake cycles, lower margin amplitude and bandwidth of all aEEG tracing were analyzed.Results (1)Continuity: The continuity of background were no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.756). (2)Cycling: ①The total time history: hypoglycemia group was 77.8±20.3 minutes, the control group was 74.9±23.8 minutes, no statistical difference between the two groups (t=0.471, P=0.640). ② Broadband time history: hypoglycemia group was 25.2±5.9 minutes, the control group was 24.2±6.2 minutes, no statistical difference between the two groups (t=0.614,P=0.542). ③ Narrowband time history: hypoglycemia group was 52.6±18.6 minutes, the control group was 50.7±21.0 minutes, no statistical difference between the two groups (t=0.335, P=0.739). (3)Lower margin amplitude: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in narrowband(P=0.451). (4)Bandwidth: there were no statistical differences in both broadband (P=0.070) and narrowband(χ2=1.733,P=0.188)between the two groups. (5)Maturity score: there was no statistical difference between the two groups (t=-1.201,P=0.235). (6)In the neurobehavioral assessment within 2 years of age, transient hypoglycemia was not found to cause developmental delay. Conclusion If the hypoglycemia in late preterm was transient hypoglycemia, there were no specificity aEEG changes.

Evaluation of (1,3)-β-D-glucan Combined with Galactomannan Antigen Tests in the Diagnosis of Invasive Fungal Diseases

Objective To explore the significance of (1,3)-β-D-glucan,galactomannan antigen and (1,3)-β-D-glucan Combined with galactomannan antigen tests in the diagnosis of invasive fungal diseases. Methods Patients suspected with invasive fungal infections were retrospectively analyzed from July 2014 to July 2016. According to the Diagnostic Criteria for Invasive Fungal Infections 2008 by US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Fungal Disease,the patients were grouped into IFI group and non-IFI group. The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values were analyzed by G-test,GM-test,and combined tests of both for IFI diagnosis. Results Among the 250 patients,10 patients were definitely diagnosed as IFI,100 patients were clinically diagnosed,32 patients were suspected,and fungal infection was excluded in 108 patients. The cut-off value of positive G-test was >100 pg/mL. The sensitivity,specificity,positive or negative predictive value and the Younger Index of the G-test were 74.5%,65.7%,63.6%,76.6%,and 0.402 respectively. When the cut-off value≥0.5 was taken as positive in GM-test,the above indexes were 50%,83.5%,70.5%,and 68%,respectively for the IFI diagnosis while when G-test combined with GM-test was used,the above indexes were increased. The area under ROC curve of GM-test was 0.666 whereas that of G-test was 0.712 if ≥100 pg/mL was used as positive threshold in G-test and≥0.5 in GM-test. Conclusion Both GM- and G-tests are reliable and combination of the two tests may improve the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.

Combined Detections of Serum Inflammatory Factors for Diagnosis of Atherosclerosis

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detections of serum inflammatory factors in the patients with atherosclerosis. Methods One hundred and fifty-five cases of atherosclerosis were selected for the observation in the hospital and 100 healthy people, as the control. Serum inflammatory factors were detected and the levels of IL-6, CRP, sICAM-1, Lp-PLA2 and apoB were compared between the two groups. ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of combined detections of the inflammatory factors. Results The levels of IL-6, CRP, Lp-PLA2, sICAM-1 and apoB in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that IMT of atherosclerotic patients were positively correlated with the levels of serum IL-6, CRP, Lp-PLA2, sICAM-1 and apoB (P<0.05). For the individual detection of each factor, CRP had the largest AUC (0.868), with the highest specificity(91%), and the highest sensitivity (91%) of sICAM-1 was also noted. Combined detections resulted in the highest AUC (0.929). Conclusion The Results of combined detections of serum inflammatory factors are related to the progress of atherosclerosis. CRP is a useful marker for the diagnosis of atherosclerosis.

Effect of Intensive Neurotrophic Therapy on Cerebral Blood Perfusion Index and Related Nerve Growth Factor Levels in Children with Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective To observe the effect of intensive neurotrophic regimen on cerebral blood perfusion index and related nerve growth factor levels in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) at convalescence stage.Methods 68 full-term infants who undergoing hypoxic ischemic brain in our hospital were selected from June 2015 to June 2016. According to the random number table,68 cases were divided into observation group (enhanced neurotrophic group) and control group (conventional neurotrophic group),34 cases in each group. The control group in the conventional treatment wasbased on the use of mouse nerve growth factor injection,daily 30 g,the observation group patients wastreated monosialo four hexose ganglioside sodium for injection treatment,daily 20mg,on the basis ofcontrol group,two groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks.The changes of cerebral blood perfusion index and related nerve growth factor levels were observed. Results After treatment,the PSV and EDV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and RI was lower than that in the control group,and the differences in the blood perfusion indexes of PSV,EDV and RI between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of NANA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of NGF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of MBP and BNP were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Enhancement of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy nerve rehabilitation treatment scheme can not only improve the level of NGF,decrease MBP and BNP level,but also improve the index of children with cerebral perfusion,with neurotrophic action more obvious.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) combined with TB-RNA in smear-negative tuberculosis for differential diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary diseases in the hospital were examined for blood cell counts and TB-RNA, among them included 65 smear-negative cases of pulmonary tuberculosis (experimental group) and 55 cases of non-tuberculosis (the control group) . The cut-off value of MLR was analyzed by ROC curve, and the sensitivity and specificity of the two markers and the combined detection for smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis were calculated. Results Compared with non-tuberculosis patients, the number of peripheral monocytes, MLR and positive rate of TB-RNA in the sputum samples of smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis patients were significantly increased (P<0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of MLR in predicting smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis were 61.5% and 67.3%, respectively. When combined with SAT-TB, the sensitivity, specificity, NPV and PPV were 76.9%, 67.3%, 71.2% and 73.5%, respectively. The combined sensitivity was notably higher than that of MLR and SAT-TB alone (P=0.043; P<0.001). Conclusion The MLR combined with SAT-TB has a promising predictive and differential diagnostic significance in smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis, indicating a potential value in controlling the spread of tuberculosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of small red blood cells on the determination of platelets by using Sysmex XT4000-i automatic blood cell analyzer, manual detection and automatic blood cell analyzer Sysmex XT-4000i were used to measure each blood sample. Methods 210 blood samples were collected from patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2017. According to the average volume of red blood cells (MCV), patients were divided into A, B, C three groups, the C group of patients in accordance with the distribution of red blood cells in the normal range is divided into two groups were studied.The platelets in each blood sample were measured by manual detection and instrumentation. Results The platelet count of blood samples in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in manual test (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood samples between group A and group B (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the platelet count between the two Methods (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two Methods in the RDW group (P>0.05). Conclusions mall red blood cells can affect the platelet count detected by automatic blood cell analyzer Sysmex XT-4000i.

Objective Human coagulation factor Ⅸ (hFⅨ) plays a very important role in the human endogenous coagulation. Absolute or relative lack of hFⅨ can lead to hemophilia B. In our study,Pichia pastoris was used to produce recombinanted high activity mutant hFⅨ-V107A-R338A. Methods First,PPICZaA-hFⅨ-V107A-R338A yeast expression vector was be constructed,and then transformed into Pichia pastoris SMD1168.The resistance ability recombinant strain was screened by G418,and the expression product was obtained and purified. Results The recombinant SMD1168-hFⅨ-R338A production was obtained at 80-120 mg/L in this study,which was about(44.06±2.3)% of the natural hFⅨ coagulation activity,7.75 times higher than that of the wild-type yeast recombinant hFⅨ and better than hFⅨ R338Aby 13.17).Conclusions High activity mutant hFⅨV107A -R338A producted by Pichia pastoris might be the succedaneum of natural hFⅨ

A Value of Dynamic Monitoring of CPNE3 in the Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To detect the circulating CPNE3 mRNA in the patients with acute myocardial infarction for evaluation of its diagnostic potential. Methods A total of 154 patients who were suffering from chest pain were admitted to the hospital. The patients were divided into AMI group (48 cases) and non-AMI group (106 cases) according to the diagnostic criteria. Sixty healthy persons were taken as control. Vein blood of AMI patients was collected immediately on admission and 4h,6h,12h,24h after admission. The level of serum cTnI was detected by Latex particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay and serum cTnI,by electrochemiluminescence. The circulating CPNE3 mRNAs were examined by qRT-PCR. Results Compared to the non-AMI or the control,AMI mostly occurred in the individuals of smoking,hypertension and diabetes with a high level of TC,TG,LDL-C,CK-MB,and cTnI and a low level of HDL-C (P﹤0.05). The CPNE3 mRNA in the AMI patients was significantly elevated (P﹤0.05) on immediate admission but greatly reduced at 4h after admission and no significant difference was noted between the non-AMI group and the control (P﹥0.05). The level of cTnI reached peak value at 6h after admission and CK-MB,at 12h after admission. The cTnI and CK-MB increased and CPNE3 mRNA remarkably decreased in AMI patients at different stages of admission (P﹤0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC curve (AUC) for the diagnostic value of CPNE3 mRNA on AMI was 0.910,with the sensitivity and specificity of 97.9% and 75.0%,respectively. The AUC for cTnI was 0.801,with the sensitivity and specificity of 68.7% and 89.6%. The AUC for CK-MB was 0.912,with the sensitivity and specificity of 75.0% and 95.8%. Conclusion The circulating CPNE3 mRNA has the potential in early diagnosis of AMI,which may be superior or equal to cTnI or CK-MB.

Diagnostic Value of IL-17/NF-kBp65 Signaling Pathway Related Factors on Prognosis and Its State of Illness in Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of IL-17/NF-kBp65 signaling pathway related factors in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage on early prognosis and its sate of illness. Methods The vein blood of eighty-nine acute cerebral hemorrhage patients (cerebral hemorrhage group)and sixty healthy person (control group)was collected,the levels of serum interleukin-17,nucler factor kB p65,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the relationship between different mount of blood,different illness,prognosis and indexes mentioned above was analysed. The diagnostic value of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 on prognosis and illness was performed by Receiver Operating Characteristic. Results Compared to the control group,the serum levels of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 in the cerebral hemorrhage group were obviously increased,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.01). The serum levels of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 in the large amount group and mild mount hemorrhage group were markly higher than in the small mount group,while those indexes in the large amount group were markly higher than in the mild mount group (P﹤0.05). The serum levels of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 in the severe group and moderate group were markly higher than in the mild group,while those indexes in the severe group were markly higher than in the moderate group (P﹤0.05). The serum levels of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 in the deterioration group were markedly higher than that in the non-deterioration group,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). The serum IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8 in the patients had its clinical prediction significance to the prognosis and illness of patients. Conclusion There are correlation between illness sate of progression and level of IL-17,NF-kB p65,IL-6,IL-8,which can be used as indexes for illness and prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage.

A Comparative Analysis of the Agreements of Three Domestic Kits in HPV Typing Tests

Objective To compare the consistence of HPV typing tests by using three kits that are domestically available. Methods A total of 82 positive samples and 10 negative samples were collected that had been detected with Liferiver kits in recent 2 months and the Results of HPV typing tests were compared for the agreements with the kits purchased from other two companies of Kaipu and Amply. Results The repeatability of the Results in the three domestic kits were 95.6 %,96.7% and 95.6%,respectively. The consistent rate was 51.0%(47/92),the partial consistent rate was 23.9%(22/92),and the inconsistent rate was 25.0%(23/92).The consistent rate of 86.4%(32/37)was seen in detections of single type infection,22.2%(10/45)in multiple infections,and the partial consistent rate found to be 48.9%(22/45). Conclusion of the Results in the three domestic kits varied,and the hospital should be fixed for HPV typing before and after treatments of the infection.
