摘要: 目的 分析血清降钙素原(PCT)联合超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在新生儿肠道感染性疾病中的临床应用价值,及其对患者预后的影响。方法 收集本院2016年4月~2017年7月收治的肠道感染性疾病新生儿60例作为观察对象,将其设置为感染组,选取同期收治的60例未感染新生儿,设置为非感染组。检测并对比两组血清PCT及hs-CRP等指标水平。结果 感染组的PCT及hs-CRP指标水平均明显高于非感染组(P<0.05),感染组经临床治疗后上述指标均有效下调(P<0.05),预后佳;血清PCT在新生儿肠道感染性疾病中的诊断敏感度及准确性优于血清CRP。结论 PCT检测能够提升新生儿肠道感染性疾病的诊断准确率,对指导后续治疗、改善预后均有积极作用,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical application value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in neonatal intestinal infectious diseases and its effect on prognosis. Method s60 cases of neonates with intestinal infectious diseases admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were collected as the observation group. The 60 cases of uninfected newborns were selected as Non-infected group at same period. Detection and comparison of two groups of serum PCT and hs-CRP and other indicators of the level of the situation. Results The levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the non-infected group (P<0.05). The above indexes were effectively down-regulated (P<0.05) after the clinical treatment,the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of intestinal infectious diseases are better than serum CRP. Conclusion PCT test can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of neonatal intestinal infectious diseases,guide the follow-up treatment,and improve the quality of prognosis,which have a positive effect.
