摘要/Abstract

摘要： 血小板在多种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用,在止血和创面愈合方面尤为突出。近年来以血小板为主要成分的富血小板血浆、富血小板纤维蛋白、血小板裂解液等血小板衍生制品成为再生医学领域的一种颇有前景的治疗方法,在临床上也得到了广泛应用。血小板衍生制品通过释放多种生长因子、细胞因子和趋化因子等诱导细胞迁移、增殖、分化和趋化,刺激多种细胞有丝分裂和新血管形成,增加内皮细胞对促血管生成因子反应,促成纤维细胞迁移和增殖等作用。本文通过对血小板衍生制品的分类、来源、主要生长因子的生物学特性及促进多种创面愈合疗效进行综述,对可能存在的问题进行分析,并探讨其未来的发展。

Abstract: Platelets play a crucial role in a variety of physiologic and pathologic processes, especially in hemostasis and wound healing. In recent years platelet-rich plasma, platelet-rich fibrin, platelet-lysate and other platelet-derived products have become a promising treatment in regenerative medicine and have been widely applied clinically. By release a variety of growth factors, cytokines, and chemokines, platelet-derived products induce cell migration, proliferation, differentiation, and chemotaxis, stimulating mitosis in multiple cell types and neovascularization, increasing endothelial cell response to pro-angiogenic factors, and promoting fibroblast migration and proliferation. This article reviews the classification and origin of platelet-derived products, biological characteristics of the main growth factors, and their therapeutic effects in promoting the healing of various wounds, then, also analyzed the possible issues and the future development possibilities.
