摘要/Abstract

摘要： 富血小板血浆（PRP）是一种高浓度的血小板血浆。近年来,PRP以其自身细胞制备而免疫反应少的优势在创伤修复领域得到广泛应用,尤其在急性创伤,慢性创伤,创伤性脊髓损伤,创伤性脑损伤,创伤性骨感染等疾病的治疗具有显著疗效。本文旨在总结和评价PRP在创伤修复中的作用机制及应用,以期为PRP在创伤修复中的科学研究及临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a highly concentrated platelet plasma. In recent years, PRP has been widely used in the field of wound repair with the advantages of preparation from one's own blood and less immune reaction, especially in the treatment of acute trauma, chronic trauma, traumatic spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, traumatic bone infection and other diseases with significant efficacy. This paper summaries and evaluates the mechanism and application of PRP in trauma repair, in order to provide a reference for PRP in wound repair as well as scientific research and clinical treatment
