TPPA阳性献血者IL-4、IL-10和IFN-γ水平检测分析

Detection and Analysis of IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ Levels in TPPA Positive Blood Donors

摘要: 目的 探讨TPPA阳性献血者与阴性对照者之间血液标本中IL-4、IL-10和IFN-γ水平的差异。方法 抗TP抗体筛检不合格献血者血液标本经TPPA试验确认,采用定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血液标本IL-4、IL-10和IFN-γ含量。结果 TPPA阳性献血者组标本IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ平均水平分别为3.9 pg/mL、3.6 pg/mL、1.5 pg/mL,阴性对照者组标本IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ平均水平分别为5.0 pg/mL、2.0 pg/mL、2.32 pg/mL,两组血液标本中IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ水平之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TPPA阳性献血者与阴性对照者Th1/Th2细胞因子水平的差异无统计学意义,尚不能证实TPPA阳性献血者存在Th1/Th2失衡状态。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the difference of IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ levels in blood samples between TPPA positive donors and negative controls.Methods The blood donors in the unqualified results of anti-TP antibody screening were confirmed by TPPA. The IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ were detected by quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results The means of IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ in TPPA positive donors were 3.9 pg/mL,3.6 pg/mL,1.5pg/mL respectively. The means of IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ in TPPA negative control group were 5.0pg/mL,2.0pg/mL and 2.32pg/mLrespectively. There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ between the two groups.Conclusion There was no significant difference in Th1/Th2 cytokine levels between TPPA positive donors and negative controls. It wasn’t yet confirmed that there was a Th1/Th2 imbalance in TPPA positive donors.
