摘要/Abstract

摘要： 红细胞输注的目的是提高患者血红蛋白含量,改善缺氧状态。影响输注效果的原因分为免疫因素和非免疫因素。免疫因素包括：红细胞表面分子的改变、代谢产物含量变化、受血者体内免疫物质的影响等。非免疫因素包括：红细胞的贮存损伤、受血者机体的患病状态和药物影响等。目前,临床输血较多关注输血相关不良反应,对于输注无效原因的深入分析较少,本文对可能引起红细胞输注无效的原因进行综述,旨在为临床研究并解决红细胞输注无效提供理论支持和新思路。

Abstract: The purpose of red blood cell transfusion is to increase hemoglobin and improve hypoxia.The reasons that affect transfusion efficacy can be divided into immune factors and non-immune factors.Immune factors include the changes of red blood cells surface molecules,content of metabolites,the influence of immune substances in blood recipients and so on.Non-immune factors include storage damage of red blood cells,disease status of blood recipients and drug effects.Physicians are more concerned with transfusion-related adverse reactions but less with poor red blood cells transfusion responses.Here,we review the potential reasons for the poor responses of red blood cell transfusion,in order to provide theoretical support and new ideas for research and clinical practice.
