The Clinical Value of Serum CXCL14,TNF-α,KL-6 and SP-D in the Diagnosis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum CXCL14,TNF-α,KL-6 and SP-D in the diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Method sForty patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study group,and 42 patients with bacterial pneumonia were enrolled in the same period. as a control group. CXCL14,TNF-α,KL-6 and SP-D were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The serum levels of CXCL14,TNF-α,KL-6 and SP-D were compared. Results The four indexes of the study group were higher than the threshold (predetermined value),the four indicators of the control group were lower than the threshold,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of the four parameters was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05)in the separate test. The positive rate of the two groups was 90.0% in the combined test,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of CXCL14,TNF-α,KL-6 and SP-D in the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is high,and the combined detection of four indicators can improve the diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibers.
