Abstract: Objective To investigate,so as to provide reference for clinical decision about chemotherapy regimens. To provide reference for clinical decision about chemotherapy regimens,we studied the curative effect of red blood cells infusion on tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Retrospectively we analyzed red blood cells infusion of hospitalized tumor patients during chemotherapy in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2012 to 2013.Results Tumour patient transfusion of red blood cell suspension effective rate was 77.3%(58/75)is slightly higher in Chemotherapy group than that 75.8%(141/186)in nonchemotherapy group, but there is no statistical difference(P﹥0.05):The effective rate of transfusion of red blood cell suspension was (27.8% 22/79)significantly lower in platinum-based chemotherapy of tumor patient group than that in the nonplatinum-based chemotherapy group (41.1%,44/107),and the difference was statistically significant (P﹥0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy can reduce the curative effect of red blood cells infusion, and platinum-based chemotherapy drugs also cause bone marrow inhibition reaction, which reduce the curative effect of red blood cells infusion in tumor patients.
